Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to book onto our training session. To make sure everything runs smoothly, please read our booking policy below: 🔹 Booking & Payment Places are confirmed once full payment of £39 has been received. Payments are non-refundable except under the circumstances listed below. A confirmation email with workshop details will be sent after payment. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in writing. If SENDvoice cancels the workshop (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 🔹 Transfers If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability). Requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled workshop. 🔹 Online Delivery The workshop will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams (details provided upon booking).
