  • Information about your child’s special educational needs, education setting and circumstances, where shared voluntarily.

  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers).

  • Attendance and participation details for training sessions.

 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide 1:1 consultations tailored to your needs.

  • To deliver training sessions and follow up with resources.

  • To process bookings and payments.

  • To communicate with you about services, updates, and relevant resources.

  • To meet any legal or safeguarding obligations.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

  • Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g. Microsoft Teams for training delivery, payment processors) where necessary.

  • We may share information if required by law or safeguarding concerns.

 Data Storage & Retention

  • Personal information is stored securely in password-protected systems.

  • We retain consultation notes and relevant records for up to 3 years, after which they are securely deleted.

  • Financial records are kept in line with legal requirements (usually 6 years).

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you.

  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.

  • Withdraw consent to data processing (where applicable).

  • Make a complaint to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) if you believe your data has been misused.

Your consent is at the centre of everything we do here at SENDVoice. When using our 1:1 services we shall send you a consent form via email which shall be held by us for GDPR purposes. As above, you have the right to request information held on you/your child at any time by contacting us via email.
